We are not responsible for the original purchase price, replacement value, or sentimental value of any garment, nor for consequential or incidental damages. We also cannot be held liable for issues resulting from pre-existing fabric weaknesses, prior alterations, manufacturer defects, delicate materials, embellishments, or improper care instructions.
